Start off the 2013 season DKE Tailgate season by joining the DKE Atlanta contingent (Dennis Dreelin (W’75), Bob Snyder (F’73) et al) who have organized a gathering spot (spot as in private tap table) at STATS bar in downtown Atlanta a few blocks from the Georgia Dome for this Saturday. Reservations are under Dennis Dreelin and Delta Kappa Epsilon – VT for Noon onward this Saturday. STATS is just two blocks from the Georgia Dome and makes a great location for pregame lunch/beers. And with multiple self-serve taps right at the table, you can avoid the service wait! As a huge outside lineup to enter STATS can be expected, please go straight to the front and provide reservation information. Make plans to attend if you are in town. Also we are back in our familiar location at Lot4 Space 94 for DKE Tailgates for the upcoming season. The first home game is September 7th with the tailgate starting at10:30am, 3 hours before the kickoff. The opening tailgate is sponsored by the DKE Chapter and will double as an invite only Rush function. Make a point of showing up and helping recruit the next generation of Dekes! We will have a sign-in table and will have a collection box for DKE Tailgate Club contributions to help defray the costs of food and drink. All are welcome.
